As Gyeongju was the old capital city of Korea, there are many historical relics, but Hwangridan-gil is the street with a young and comfortable atmosphere. It is a good half-day course for foreign travelers as it is close to a cafe in a renovated hanok, a small restaurant, a prop shop, Daereungwon and Cheomseongdae. On weekends, there are a lot of people so travel can be slow, so it is important to plan the time and route well.

Rather than looking at Hwangridan-gil alone, you can better feel the atmosphere of Gyeongju by combining it with the night view of Daereungwon, Cheomseongdae, and Woljeong Bridge.
